• Chief of Training Institute & Chief Judge Daehan Hapkido Association in 1970
• First Founder of the Korea Hapkido Association which is now the Korean Sin Moo Hapkido Federation in 1990
• Current Chairman and President of the Korean Sin Moo Hapkido Federation ? January 2002
• Committee member of the Korean President?s Protective Services Testing Committee

• U.S. Representative of Korean Sin Moo Hapkido Federation
• Only one of two personal students studying under late Grandmaster Myung Kwang Sik starting in 1989 at the World Hapkido Federation, World Headquarters
• Former Chief Master Instructor at the World Hapkido Federation, World Headquarters
• Former Chief Judge of promotion testing at World Hapkido Federation, World Headquarters
• Technical advisor and featured in over 20 Hapkido instructional videos and books
• Only person in world to write and document Hapkido techniques from white belt to 7^th dan black belt in 2 languages, English and Korean
